I grew up in California and Maryland, and got my start in education designing and leading bullying prevention programs as a teen.
I've studied social-emotional learning at Yale (BA) and Harvard (M.Ed), and taught students from preschool through high school.
I build and run programs that spark growth, compassion, & leadership in young people around the world.
In my spare time, I tell jokes.

I believe the most important thing we can do to build a sustainable future for our people & our planet is to build a generation of compassionate leaders.
Period.
We spend too much time thinking about making kids great and not enough on helping them become good.
I adore children's natural sense of wonder, hope, care, & empathy. My job is to make sure they hold onto these traits as they grow.
